The showrooms will be equipped with large glass windows and ample display space, allowing businesses to showcase their products and services effectively. The warehouses will provide sufficient storage space that caters to the tenant’s logistics and inventory requirements, including storing raw materials, finished products or equipment.

To be more energy efficient, Ancubic Group will design factories that enable solar panel installation features. A-Park Batu Kawan will also feature strong floor loading capabilities of 1.5 tonnes psm (per sq m) as well as power supply ranging from 150 to 200 amps.
